  4. The applicant must approve or request changes to ¶¶ÄÌÊÓƵ's preliminary design. Responses may be delivered via telephone, email, letter or fax.
  5. A ¶¶ÄÌÊÓƵ designer will prepare a final construction drawing of the electrical system. A construction drawing containing SR Book references, a construction timeline and a letter are mailed to the applicant. A copy of drawing is mailed to other utilities (if applicable).
  6. ¶¶ÄÌÊÓƵ sends an agreement to the applicant.
  7. The applicant sign and notarizes easements, makes payments if required and executes any agreements.
